If you decide to subscribe to our mailing list and newsletter, you choose to receive updates and information periodically with some content (text, images, video, sound and other data displayed. It includes even any blog post published on the web site).

・PRIVACY POLICY for CONSULTATION and TREATMENT: In the course of our interaction with you, we may collect personal information (including contact information and health information) that relates to you. Contact information means personal information that identifies you such as your name, address, phone number, email address and any instant messaging, skype or other social media (as FaceBook or Instagram), that is provided to us for the purposes of interacting with you.

You will need to provide contact information to us:

-if you choose to submit a question or request to us via email or using our "contact us" form.

-if you decide to request a physiotherapy or fitness consultation from our web site.

- if you decide to buy a treatment from our web site. In this case, you will be asked to also provide sensitive and confidential payment information. This payment information may take the form of credit card details, PayPal details or bank account details, as your billing address.

Health information means personal information collected or generated by us during the course of providing consultation and paid services to you. If we provide services to you we need to analysed your condition to obtain a detailed medical history and other information required to better understand your problem and recommend a treatment plan; this will involve us collecting health information from you and generating health information about you.  So, this means information as: personal details such as your name, age, gender; information about your current health service providers, including general medical practitioner; information about current or past symptoms, injuries, diseases conditions or disabilities; information about exams you did (such as MRI, ecographies, X-ray and similar); information about past operations, treatments received, and treatment programmes undertaken; information about allergies, diet; information about medications which you are taking or have taken; information about your family medical history where relevant to your own condition; information about accidents, incidents or circumstances which caused or may have caused injury or discomfort (both physical and psychological); information about other medical treatment you are maybe following (like psychological, holistic, etc); personal information in biopsychosocial sphere (such as family, work, hobbies, friends situations, relationships, etc); our opinion of your medical condition; our recommended treatment plan.

About your health information:

-we will not use or disclose them except in accordance with your directions, or as necessary to deliver our health services to you.

-we will use them to enable us to understand your condition, to recommend a treatment plan and to provide you with further information about treatment options, or to provide you with answers to specific questions;

You have the right to remove any personal data (contact or health information) that we store about you by writing us and providing us with any details necessary to enable us to comply with your request.
You are responsible for the security of, and access to, your computer.
We will keep your data until the end of the decided treatment and follow up. Once the treatment and follow up are over, we will delete all your data. We will keep instead your contact information (name and email address) if you decided to subscribe to our mailing list and newsletter and you don’t unsubscribe to them. You can unsubscribe anytime.
