No duty of care: we do not assume any duty of care in relation to you or any other third part by providing the free content.
No physio-pt/client relationship: the mere use of free content is not intended to, and does not, create a physio-client relationship between you and us.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE:

You signify your consent to this agreement by purchasing any service from this web site. You acknowledge that: no online service is a perfect substitute for an "in person" consultation with a physiotherapist-pt;
we are unable to guarantee that our treatments will result in a cure of your particular complaint or condition. We recommend treatments that we believe are effective (based upon our experience and training), but we cannot guarantee results.
We are completely reliant upon the information that you provide us.
So, you agree to provide us with accurate and complete information in response to our questions and any follow up questions which we ask of you and any information which could reasonably be expected to be relevant to your condition, treatment or program. It may become obvious to us that our services are not suitable for you. In these circumstances we will not provide it to you and we will suggest you an alternative solution. We agree to provide you your treatment program or other requested information by email ASAP. You must not implement our treatment program unless you completely understand it. Please ask any questions before starting or continuing implementing any treatment program or acting on any advice provided by us. You must not provide our treatment program to any other person. We assume no duty of care in relation to any third persons. We promise to give you the best treatment we can, based on our skills and knowledge. Once you buy and pay the treatment, we will give you our experience as a treatment program. We are not going to refund it for any reason.
